Privacy policy

Introduction

This policy describes what personal data TopSlotsOnlineCasinos (hereinafter: the "Site") processes, for what purposes, on what legal basis, and what rights you have in relation to it. Data is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). The Site provides informational and comparison content – it does not operate a casino, does not manage player accounts and does not accept deposits.

What data we process

The Site can be used without registration. The following data is processed:

  1. Technical data – IP address, browser type, device, operating system, referring page, time of visit. Source: the server log and analytics.
  2. Usage data – pages viewed, clicks, length of the visit. Source: analytics cookies, detailed in the Cookie policy.
  3. Contact data – name (if you provide it), email address, the content of your message. Source: you, when you write to us.
  4. Affiliate link data – the fact and time of a click, with an anonymous identifier. Source: the affiliate programme's tracking system.

We do not request or store bank card data, identity documents, player account data or balances. If you send us any of these by email, we delete it and let you know it wasn't needed.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Operating and securing the Site – legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Technical data, for 90 days.
  • Statistics and improvement – consent (Article 6(1)(a)), given on the cookie banner. Usage data, for 14 months.
  • Responding to enquiries – legitimate interest. Contact data, for 12 months after the case is closed.
  • Settling affiliate commissions – legitimate interest. Click data, for 60 days.
  • Legal obligation – in the event of a request from an authority (Article 6(1)(c)).

Who we share it with

We do not sell the data and do not use it for direct marketing. The following categories of processors may access it under contract:

  • Hosting and CDN provider (EU-based servers)
  • Analytics provider (with anonymised IP)
  • Email provider for correspondence
  • Affiliate programme tracking systems – only the fact of the click, without personal data

Data may only be transferred to a third country (outside the EU) on the basis of an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses (SCC).

External sites

The Site contains links to casinos and developers. If you click through, that site's own privacy policy applies – the data you provide at registration is processed by them, not by us. Read their policy before registering.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request at any time:

  1. Access – what we process about you.
  2. Rectification – if the data is inaccurate.
  3. Erasure – if there is no legal basis for further processing.
  4. Restriction – for the duration of a dispute.
  5. Data portability – for data processed on the basis of consent.
  6. Objection – against processing based on legitimate interest.
  7. Withdrawal of consent – in the cookie settings, at any time.

Security

The Site runs over HTTPS, only the developer and the editor have access to the server logs, and access is protected by password and two-factor authentication. In the event of a data breach we act according to Articles 33–34 of the GDPR: we report to the authority within 72 hours, and if you are affected, we notify you.

Minors

The Site is intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18; if we detect such data, we delete it, and at a parent's request we confirm the deletion.

Automated decision-making

The Site performs no automated decision-making and no profiling. The casino ranking is an editorial decision, not a list personalised from visitor data – everyone sees the same order.
